EVT Familiarisation Day

Exe Valley Triathlon - Novice Training and Course Familiarisation

Aimed at familiarising Novice Triathletes on what to expect when they take part in the Exe Valley Triathlon on May 11th. British Triathlon Coaches and experienced triathletes will guide you through the race format, how to get through transition and allow you to sample the bike and run courses. This is an opportunity to pick up tips from experienced triathletes and to learn some of the tricks for a smoother performance. This is not fitness training and there will be stops and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.



Timetable


12 noon Registration in EVLC Dance Studio

12.10 to 1.15pm How to be a Triathlete, Q & A and tour of venue and transition area

1.30pm to 3 pm Accompanied Ride around Exe Valley Bike Course

3 pm to 4 pm Accompanied Run around the Run Route

Please bring your bike, cycling kit (including helmet), running kit, waterproofs, a change of clothing (just in case it rains), food and drinks
