July New Moon Sound Journey Meditation

Relax in savasana during this hour long, profoundly relaxing meditation experience. Our seasoned sound healing facilitator will use a large variety of vibrational instruments including singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, to help bring you to a state of calm where your body can use its resources to relax, release and heal.
This sound bath we will be tapping into the energy of the new moon as we release what no longer serves us.
Love offerings accepted. Please arrive early if a zero gravity chair is needed. Yoga mats are provided.
