Being part of an all women community, where women support other women?

Then this group may be for you ...

My aim is to provide a safe space for women to share their stories and experiences, talk in a non-judgemental environment, get support and just have someone to listen.

We will learn wellbeing techniques to empower you to support your own mental health and take back control.

Find the wellbeing tools / resources for you, with leaflets covering mental health .

Interested?

The Tintagel group will take place in Tintagel Methodist Church. This group will be more focused on talking and we will cover mindfulness and wellbeing tools only.
