Then this group may be for you ...

My aim is to provide a safe space for women to share their stories and experiences, talk in a non-judgemental environment, get support and just have someone to listen.

We will learn wellbeing techniques to empower you to support your own mental health and take back control.

Find the wellbeing tools / resources for you, with leaflets covering mental health and alternative therapies.

CAMELFORD

The Camelford group will take place in Camelford Leisure Centre, in the new studio. The session is FREE, however there is a charge for the room so donations towards this are optional but welcome on the day.
