Well it's that time of the week again. Dust off your running/walking shoes for parkrun on Saturday.🚶🏃

The market's are on over the road for you to stoll through after parkrun.

If you are joining us for your first parkrun or this is your first time on our course, there is a First Timers Briefing at 6.50am. The Run Director Briefing is at 6.55am.

🎉Don't forget Saturday 26th July is our 2nd Birthday 🎉 We are having a "Crazy" theme. So find the brightest coloured hat, shirt,shorts or socks 🎩👕🩳🧦 to wear and join us to celebrate.

🥸FUN FACT: Last Saturday together we covered 275km. Enough to complete a relay around the Earth in 146 days.
