The search is over! We are delighted to announce a splendid new venue for The Ashes, namely Radford Mill Farm in Timsbury, near Bath. Due to the short notice we are unable to secure the bank holiday this year and so dates will be Friday 15th August - Sunday 17th August, though you are welcome to camp from Thursday afternoon until Monday morning. It is a truly beautiful site, with plenty of room, compost toilets and wood fired showers. No electric hook-ups or waste disposal for caravans.
There will be a full bar and lots of food options to suit every diet and budget. You're welcome to bring your own for the campsite, and off ground fires for cooking are fine. Please don't bring your own alcohol in the marquee - we want it to be successful for the farm obviously :)
Dogs are welcome, although as it is a working farm, please do be careful when not on the campsite, as there are animals around.
For those of you not convinced of the pleasures of tents, the farm does offer some accommodation options. There are double rooms available in the farmhouse, for £70 a night, and two shepherd's caravans close to the action, which are large and furnished with a double bed which are £70 a night, or £150 for three nights. Please get in touch directly with the farm if you are interested in either of these.
