In this Therapeutic Yoga session, you’re invited to slow down and reconnect with your heart space—the center of compassion, love, and acceptance.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, and embodied reflection, we’ll open the heart chakra and create space for the full spectrum of who we are. This is a space to come back to your true self, the essence of who you are.
