Summer can bring a lot of fiery and active energy into our lives, this is your chance to bring the energy down to find a place of calm and balance within your being.
In this session you'll be guided through:
> Gentle Somatic Movements
> Breathwork
> Meditation
You’ll unwind layers of tension and gently regulate your nervous system.
This is not an intense workout. It’s a work-in.
You won't get sweaty and need to change to go back to work.
You don't even really need to change out of your work clothes.
Led by yoga teacher Sylvie Lamothe, this class is perfect for anyone experiencing stress, burnout, or just craving a mindful pause. Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced practitioner or a yoga teacher, you’re welcome here.
