Erin will lead us through an immersive evening of sound healing, guided meditation, and soulful visualization at The Bohemian. This special experience is designed to help you drop into your heart, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your inner stillness. Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gentle prompts guide you into a deep state of relaxation and energetic alignment. We’ll close with a short journaling practice to anchor your intentions and help you vibrate at a higher frequency—mind, body, and soul.
