Recap + Intro: Review knife skills, intro to heat types, and cookware.
Demo: Sautéing vegetables, boiling pasta, steaming broccoli.
Practice:
Sauté onions and garlic
Boil pasta or rice
Steam or blanch a green veggie
Wrap-up (5 min): Q&A, how to avoid over-/under-cooking.
Take-Home Exercise:

Cook a simple stir-fry using prepped vegetables and protein. Bring questions or photos next week.
