Sound Vibration Journey, Fire and Cacao Ceremony

Join me for a heart-opening evening designed to celebrate the sacred feminine energy within us all, that nourishes and inspires.

Through the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drum, chimes, and more, you will be guided into a state of profound relaxation, connection, and renewal.

After we release what no longer serves and open our entry channels, we will connect with our hearts and drink cacao, a gentle heart opening plant medicine. The cacao used is extremely high vibration; ethically sourced, high grade, and free trade.

The combination of sound journey and cacao will help balance your nervous system, open your heart, and awaken a deep sense of gratitude and peace.

What to bring:

A yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on

A cozy blanket and pillow, as well as a bolster or additional blanket to support your knees/lower back

A journal to capture any insights

Any sacred objects to be charge on the altar
