Come learn how simple tools like rain barrels and compost bins can have a positive impact on our environment- and your household budget!

Join us at the Thurmont Library on July 2 at 6:30pm to learn how to conserve water, reduce food waste, and join the local sustainability movement. We’ll look at the impact your individual actions can have, from local waterways to global climate. This lively, interactive session will provide info about the rebates, community challenges, and household assistance that are part of Frederick County’s Green Homes Program. Hope to see you there!
