Cooking with INDIAN MADE EASY

Join Anurag for an in-person cooking session at Treetops Gardens, Rayleigh Essex to learn and taste some dishes from his debut cookbook INDIAN MADE EASY.

He will be doing step by step cooking to share tips and tricks for Indian cuisine. At the end of session, you will be offered small portions of cooked food. Signed cook books will be available to buy as well.

Planned dishes: Chicken Makhani (meat based), Chickpea curry (vegan), basmati rice, mixed salad and something sweet (if time permits).
