We are delighted to offer this Saturday morning workshop for helping your physical body and mind with a positive outlook with complimentary Organic Vegan Beautiful Cakes, and treats, Teas. Focused meditation on positivity and loving self-compassion, in a friendly, beautiful environment not too far from home...
Start the morning with a very gentle mindful mixed ability class.
Health Through Breath...... connecting to our heart ❤ chakra.... feel the light within ✨️
Energise your body and soul during this practice and learn the art of pranayama (breathing exercises) which clears the physical and emotional obstacles in our body.
Through a regular and sustained practice of pranayama you can supercharge your whole body!
The second half of the morning will be a healing relaxing meditation gong bath which will induce deep muscular relaxation, release tensions and anxieties allowing you to arrive in a space of self-reflection. Organic Aromatherapy lotions and pampering will be also offered.
A creative hour with Clare to take a memory of the day away✨️☀️🙏
We will send you back into the world with a sense of being energised, awake and clear...with a new positive mind towards your body and mind🙏
