Men only Sunday Night Gong Baths.

Everything is provided you may wish to bring a blanket. Even a cuppa to help you feel grounded afterwards ready to take on the world 😊
During the gong bath you will be bathed in Soundwaves to help you drift in to a theta healing deep state of relaxation. A great way to escape and relax away from busy sometimes chaotic lives..
