The mornings introduces you to the first part of the Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC). This course is accredited by the UK Mindfulness Association and is experiential with an emphasis on learning simple everyday techniques and skills to support us in daily life.
Beginning with short mindful practices and exercises we begin to learn and develop the foundations of mindfulness, self-awareness and kindness to ourselves and others. We will learn about the habits and patterns of thinking within our minds and how to sit with challenging emotions and thoughts.

🧘♀️You have been attending ad hoc mindfulness sessions in a
group or practicing on your own, and would learn more about how to put everything together.
🌸 You have been practicing mindfulness for sometime and
would like to realign and strengthen your daily practice.
By attending a mindfulness course with me, you will benefit from techniques and practices based on psychological research and evidence based neuroscience. I have trained with the Mindfulness Association and completed a post-graduate Msc in Mindfulness Studies with the University of Aberdeen. I abide by the Good Practice Guidelines laid down by BAMBA (British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches) which includes yearly CPD and appropriate insurance.
