Lead The Way- Free Leadership Workshop for Kids

Welcome to Lead the Way, a free leadership workshop for kids in grades 1-3! Join us at the Thousand Oaks Grant R. Brimhall Library (GRB Business Center, Conference Room B) for a hands-on, exciting opportunity for kids to discover what it means to be a leader in a fun and interactive way. This in-person event will help kids learn how to make good choices, work together, and think like thoughtful leaders. Don't miss out on this special experience designed just for kids!

• Explore stories of real leaders from history
• Practice leadership skills like listening, sharing, and decision-making
• Discuss, reflect, and share their ideas through fun activities

• Confidence to speak up
• Values and tools to work through problems
• Mindset to lead with empathy and decision-making skills

This workshop is a space to practice those skills and celebrate them together in a supportive and encouraging space.
