This is your invitation to join me for Somatic Movement classes OR work with me 1-1 with Clinical Somatic Movement sessions.
Taught in the tradition of Hanna Somatics, these gentle and intentional movements work with your nervous system to create ease of movement, reduce tension and held stress, and assist in developing a more conscious awareness of our patterns, both on the mat and off.
Moving beyond the physical body, somatic practices are incorporated that encourage a shift into your parasympathetic system, assisting with a balancing of the emotional body and better breathing.

You will need a mat and 2 small hand towels. Please wear comfortable clothing and have hydration.
Somatic movement and exercise classes use a series of gentle movements that help to:
• reduce pain
• improve posture
• foster balance in the nervous system
• improve fluidity of movement
• harmonize the mind + body connection
• and allow you to feel more energetic
It’s not magic , it’s science. (but it sure feels magical!)

Somatic movement truly is for every body.
I am an RMT and a RSME. I have completed multiple teacher trainings in Somatic Movement + Exercises, including Clinical training, as well as Somatic Practitioner trainings. I have been teaching movement classes for 15+ years and it truly is my pleasure to offer these classes + sessions.
