About the event

First (Sunday) of the Month Club
Let's meet up and get moving! All ages and abilites are welcome!

WHAT: First of the Month Club meets on the first Sunday of every month for a group workout that is designed to be adjustable to all fitness levels. We do a mix of movements as well as running (or walking/jogging).

JUNE --> Time to have fun and get moving. This month, we're having a birthday party! Think workout-ified party games. All ages are welcome.

WHERE: Meet at the bottom of the stairs at the southeast corner of the field.

BATHROOMS: The porta potties are open

WEATHER: 70's. Bring water. Sunscreen recommended.

While children are welcome to participate, background music may be explicit. As always, attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for any minor children in their care.
