Community Clean up Event: Pelican Ponds!

Welcome to the Community Clean-up Event: Pelican Ponds!

Come join us at Pelican Ponds Open Space on July 19, 2025, at 8:00 AM (Mountain Time) for a day of giving back to our beautiful community!

Let's roll up our sleeves, grab some trash bags, and work together to keep our local area clean and green. This is a great opportunity to meet new friends, enjoy the outdoors, and make a positive impact on the environment. No special skills are required; just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to help out.

What to Expect:

• Safety briefing to kick off the event
• Volunteer activities, including trash pick-up and invasive W**d removal
• Educational training on identifying invasive plant species
• Water and snack tables are available for volunteers
• Thank you session to recognize everyone’s contributions
• Supplies provided (trash bags, tools — please bring your gloves if possible!)
• Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting dirty
