Stretch & Sip with us!


Join Holly from Shalom Stretch Studio in an outdoor deep stretch class by the pond at Day Dream Farm Winery. Holly will lead us through proper techniques and breathing for a 40 minute class. Your reward is a glass of wine afterwards!


The winery will have live music starting at 1pm by Lana Ann and food served will be walking taco's & quesadillas with all proceeds going to support ALS.


Shelly from Stronghold Art will be on hand to do Henna for you as well. The class is not just for women, so feel free to bring your significant other as well!


What to bring?
