Visible mending takes a flaw and makes wearable art out of the opportunity!
We will use templates from Approved Textiles, fabric patches from Clementine, and DMC cotton floss to learn this incredibly accessible method of mending fabric. This does involve hand sewing, but no experience is necessary.
Workshop includes: one Approved Textiles mending transfer (pick from a selection available), one embroidery needle, one fabric patch, one skein cotton floss, and one 7" embroidery hoop. Bring your own item to be mended (please bring a clean one!). The area to be mended should be no larger than 3"x4".
Additional materials may be purchased at the workshop if desired, but will not be necessary to complete your repair!
