Self-Defense Class

Self-Defense is the act of protecting oneself with the use of physical force. "An introduction on Taking Initiative" will teach individuals how to defend themselves against attackers, as by learning strikes, pressure points, and locks to perform resistance and escape. The goal is to identify the situation and take the best measure of action. Led by two highly qualified leaders from Hand of the North Martial Arts, Andy and Gavin want you to feel prepared and safe. This event is open to anyone 16 and older. Typical cost of this event is $50 but thanks to generous sponsors who want you to be safe, we're offering this to you for $30.
