Join us for a special health and fitness event for our senior community. Seniors 60 and better will have COMPLIMENTARY access to Thibodaux Regional Fitness Center. Plus, seniors can save on membership with $0 enrollment for this day only.

Senior Health & Fitness Day is a fantastic opportunity to explore the benefits our center has to offer. Connect with other active seniors in a supportive and welcoming environment. Try out our state-of-the-art fitness equipment and participate in fun, engaging group activities led by our certified instructors.
