‘ZONE RED’ - RFA Runners FREE Hill & Interval Sessions

The RFA Runners - ‘Thetford’s FREE Community Run Club’ invites new runners to take part in our weekly Hill sprint & Interval sessions, these free classes helps to improve your running ability and overall fitness levels through a social atmosphere of like minded individuals.

Each week we change our running location here in our local town of Thetford.
