Join us for a full-day wellness retreat designed to support nervous system regulation, deepen your connection to yourself, and foster a sense of safety and belonging within a small group of women.
Together, we’ll create space to slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with what feels true and essential. Through evidence-informed, body-based practices like sound immersion, gentle movement, conscious connected breathwork, and integrative group sessions, we’ll explore tools to support emotional release, inner clarity, and grounded presence.
This day includes solo time for reflection and rest, nourishing food, connection with nature, and a welcoming space to simply be — without needing to fix or change anything.
Your facilitators, @iam.jackiedavies and @kim.mcconaghy bring years of experience in somatic work, group facilitation, and trauma-informed care. Their approach is rooted in creating safety, compassion, choice, and curiosity — allowing each participant to meet themselves exactly where they are.
You’ll leave with practical tools and embodied practices to carry into your daily life — ones that can help you return to center in moments of stress, transition, or overwhelm.
