Fundamentals First – Dribbling Class
Led by The Woodlands’ Most Dedicated Coach

This class is designed to help young hoopers fall in love with the ball in their hands. Each session builds confidence, coordination, and creativity—laying the groundwork for great ball-handlers.

With a focus on fun, fundamentals, and focus, players will grow more comfortable controlling the ball, seeing the floor, and moving with purpose. Whether it’s their first dribble or their hundredth, this class meets them where they are and helps them level up.

Players will:

Practice dribbling with one hand at a time

Learn how to control the ball while moving

Train to keep their head up and eyes forward

Work on simple but effective dribble moves

Compete in fun, skill-based relays and games

Navigate cones and change directions with control
