Each course will be thoughtfully paired to highlight the unique terroir and craftsmanship behind these exceptional wines, offering a true taste of one of California's most celebrated wine regions.
Seating will begin at 6:45 pm with Hors-d'oeuvres in the ballroom. Introductions begin promptly at 7 p.m., with the first entrée arriving shortly thereafter.
