This event is a crucial opportunity to learn how to provide initial support to someone who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. Join us at The Colony Senior Center to gain valuable skills in recognizing and responding to mental health challenges in adults. This in-person training will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to offer help when it's needed most. Don't miss this chance to make a difference in your community! The training will be held from 1 PM to 5 PM each day.
