Rest & Restore - Sound Bath & meditation.

Heather has 17 years experience being a sound healer & Shamanic practitioner & will weave together a sonic tapestry of sound for you to soak up, deeply relax to & enjoy.
Scientists have now proven that partaking in a Sound bath does improve your body's ability to heal itself. The cells are gently enlivened with the vibrations of the gong, drum, voice, chimes & more.

Before the Sound bath, Heather will prepare your body for relaxation by taking you on a journey into meditation, working with the energetic influences of the moment. this can be enjoyed either seated or lying down.

Bring a mat, blanket and pillow with you & cocoon yourself so you can really relax.
Contraindications apply - Not recommended within 1st trimester of pregnancy, for sufferers of tinnitus or anyone with a heart condition or who wears a pacemaker.
