The Yoga Project is a weekly class where each session brings a new flavor of yoga—Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Restorative, and beyond. This is an invitation to step out of the familiar and into discovery. Whether you’re deepening your practice or just beginning, this space is designed to help you explore what moves you, grounds you, strengthens you, and surprises you.

Come with an open mind, leave with a deeper connection to your body, breath, and self. Each Wednesday is a new chapter—this is your yoga project.
