- **Event Description**: The City of Texarkana, Texas Health Department is excited to host their Annual Health and Wellness fair at the Southwest Center on Wednesday, May 7th, from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. There will be regional and local vendors, free testing, a blood drive, door prizes, and more! This event is free for the public to attend.

If you would like to be a vendor, please fill out the registration form at the website link below:
https://texarkanatexas.gov/851/Annual-Health-Wellness-Fair-2025

Vendor registration must be returned no later than April 30th, 2025.

Vendors must provide their own equipment with the exception of one table and two chairs if more than one table or additional chairs are needed, they will be provided to you. A door prize is requested in lieu of a booth fee. Set-up time will begin anytime after 8:00 a.m. and break down at 2:00 p.m.
