This looks like the most popular date for our summer BBQ for the club, can we please respond if you are coming as this is numbers dependant and if you could let me know how many people will be attending with you.
We need at least 35 people to make this financially viable for the pub to host it for us. As we have over 250 members this shouldn't be a problem and should be a great opportunity to get together and have a catch up with members old and new.
The cost will be between £12 and £15 pounds and will include a burger a hot dog or a bacon roll. Obviously the bar will be open and additional food will be available from the menu if preferred.
