Community Breathwork

These in-person Community Breathwork sessions are a space to slow down, reconnect, and release the stress your body has been carrying. Each session blends gentle guidance, intentional breathing, and a supportive environment that helps you feel grounded, calm, and restored.
Breathing in a group adds a unique energy that supports and amplifies your experience. In this shared space, you may feel a sense of connection, openness, and gentle support simply from being present with others. You can move through tension more easily, notice shifts in your body and mind, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered.
You will be held through an opening meditation, a guided active breathwork journey, and time for quiet integration. Every session carries its own intention, shaped by the collective energy of the group. All you need to do is show up as you are.
Anyone is welcome. Whether breathwork is new to you or part of your routine, this space invites you to soften, exhale, and reconnect.

Tara Evans is a certified Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and founder of Nourishing Bliss Breathwork. She creates grounding, heart-centered spaces for people to reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and come home to themselves through the power of breath.
Her sessions invite calm, presence, and self-awareness, helping participants move from doing to being. Known for her gentle yet transformative approach, Tara guides others to experience the deep healing and clarity that comes from slowing down and listening within.
