Arrival & Welcome
You’ll be warmly welcomed, given time to settle in, and guided through what to expect over the next couple of hours.
Breath, Mobility & Warm-Up
We begin by slowing things down with gentle breathing and mobility work to prepare both body and mind for movement.
Strength & Resistance Training
With Kerrie – PMA Fitness
Kerrie has been disciplined in strength training for many years and brings over 27 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
She is qualified in:
Barbell training
Kettlebell training
Gym instruction
Level 3 & 4 Personal Training, with a specialism in weight management and diabetes
Kerrie has trained clients from as young as 5 years old through to later life, and her training mindset is centred around functional strength for everyday life.
This session will include:
A mix of bodyweight and dumbbell resistance exercises
Simple, controlled, and effective movements
Functional strength that supports real-life movement and longevity
Each participant will have a chair available, which can be used as a tool for support or not used at all entirely your choice.

All exercises are adaptable, allowing you to work at your own pace and feel supported throughout.
Pilates Flow
With Carly – Access Pilates Pembrokeshire
Carly is Pilates qualified and teaches Classical Pilates, the original system developed by Joseph Pilates.
Classical Pilates is a structured, full-body method that focuses on:
Core strength
Control and precision
Breath awareness
Alignment and posture
For Sculpt & Flow Reset, Carly will guide you through a beginner-level introduction to Classical Pilates, focusing on the fundamentals. This ensures the session is accessible, supportive, and welcoming especially for those who may be new to Pilates.
A key intention of this session is to ensure that clients crossing over between strength training and Pilates feel comfortable, confident, and safe in each other’s hands.
The Pilates flow will:
Transition smoothly from the strength work
Help lengthen and release muscles
Build deep core stability and body awareness
Intentional Breathwork
We close the session with guided breathwork, allowing your body to integrate the work and leaving you feeling calm, grounded, and restored.
Refresh & Restore
To finish your Sculpt & Flow Reset experience, you’ll be invited to relax and enjoy:
Hibiscus tea (hot or chilled)
Tea and coffee
A selection of delicious post-exercise energy snacks
Ingredient cards will be available on the day for you to photograph and take home, or recipes can be requested afterward.
