Men’s peer support group

After a short summer break, we’re back in Tenbury with our free peer support group, every other Tuesday evening.

So, if you’re looking for ways to improve your mental health and wellbeing, we’ll be at The Pump Room between 7.30-9pm this Tuesday to offer a safe space to talk about your concerns, and look for support for your mental wellness.

Pop down and enjoy a cuppa and a chat with Matt, our experienced Mental Wellbeing Coach.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are a necessity to our work.
