When: Tuesdays starting Sept. 8th 630pm-730pm, please arrive 15 minutes early to set up and sign a waiver.

What is needed: A mat, towel, and water
STRONG Nation + Weights™ is high intensity interval training (HIIT) combined with synched music motivation. In other words we punch, kick, and jump to the beat. This music was created FOR the workout not the other way around. Three quarters of the class is movement using our own body weight, the last quarter we add the weights for a final push.
We alternate between high intensity moves (jumping jacks, burpees) and low intensity moves (squats, pushups). Everything in this class can be modified. We focus on good form for safety and growth. Can't do a pushup without being on your knees? That's ok. Don't know what a burpee is? That's ok too. We grow together in a safe non-judgmental environment.
Ages 18 and up are welcome to participate, kids under 17 are welcome to attend and sit off to the side.
Class cost $7 and a mat is needed. Weights are provided on site.
