Zumba® Fitness Class First Wed of the Month

Located inside of the building next to Adelphia Seafood. Suite 4 is on the left side down the hall.

Join us the first Wednesday of each month for a fun judgment free Zumba® Fitness class. Zumba® is a dance fitness class using Latin and world wide rhythms. Both high and low impact options are given. No coordination or dance experience is necessary. Just keep moving and have fun!

Ages 12+ are welcome to attend. Cost is $10 cash - preregistration is not required at this time, but is subject to change.

Class is being hosted by Athletes IQ Institute, be sure to give them a like and follow to see what they are all about.
