Mom & Me Yoga

Hey, mamas! Looking for a fun and meaningful way to connect with your little one while getting a little movement in for yourself? Mom & Me Yoga is a weekly 30-minute class designed just for preschoolers and their moms.

This isn’t just about stretching—it’s about making memories. We’ll move, breathe, and play through simple yoga poses and creative movement in a relaxed, welcoming space. Your child will build confidence and coordination while you enjoy a mindful moment to reset and recharge—without the pressure of a long class or a tricky schedule.

Smaller siblings are welcome, and at just $10 per family, it’s an easy way to make self-care and connection part of your weekly routine.

Come as you are, mama—no yoga experience needed, just a willingness to move, play, and soak up this sweet season of life. We can’t wait to see you and your little one on the mat! ✨
