Calling all experienced paddlers! Grab your kayak and drift your way down the scenic Schuylkill River, starting from the Leesport area and making your way to the beautiful Jim Dietrich Park. Drift Jam Part 2: Music, Food & Fun!
As you arrive at Jim Dietrich Park, the real celebration begins! From 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, kick back on the farmhouse lawn and enjoy live music from these incredible bands:
4PM to 6PM - The Jake Joyce Band
6:30PM to 9PM - Caya Sol
A pig roast will be at this year’s Drift Jam. For $16 per meal, attendees will receive a hot roasted pig sandwich and access to sides that include potato salad, macaroni salad, baked beans, ring bologna, cubed cheeses, pickles and olives, chips, and all necessary condiments and utensils.
The pig roast and beer garden will be CASHLESS, so bring your card or phone.
The Fool Cafe will be offering smoothies and acai bowls, and sweet treats will be served by the Boy Scouts.
You DO NOT have to do the DRIFT part to enjoy the JAM part of this event. All are welcome!

Jake Joyce is a guitar player, and singer-songwriter from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He performs original music with his own group “The Jake Joyce Band”, and is a member of several other bands, including the Grateful Dead-centric group “What Would Jerry Do?”, and “The Quiet Riders”.
Throughout roughly the past decade, Jake has played venues such as Tellus360 (Lancaster, PA), the HMAC (Harrisburg, PA), Dawson Street Pub (Philadelphia, PA), and Mike’s Tavern (Reading, PA). He has had the great opportunity to have opened for acts such as Jeffrey Gaines, Melvin Seals & JGB, Daniel Donato, and The Allman Betts Band.
