• Hundreds of mental health referrals
• Resources, support, and encouragement

About the Health and Wellness Tour
Launched by District Heights Commissioner and advocate Anthony Tilghman, the Health, Wellness & Opportunities Tour began as a single-day expo on September 21, 2024, and has since grown into a mobile, quarterly initiative. Our mission: provide 1,000+ residents with direct access to health resources, screenings, and support.
