Shadow Work Journal Circle

Everyone has a shadow side. It’s nothing to be ashamed of because every time we explore this part of ourselves, we learn more about our soul and how we would like to grow and live more authentically moving by forward. Tori will use a card deck to navigate the topics that the group will journal on and then those who want to share what they discovered about themselves can. We always can work on ourselves, sometimes we just need a starting point!
