Reiki master and sound healing enthusiast Shanna Schneider will be hosting a healing sound bath for the Autumn Equinox! This is the perfect opportunity to set yourself up for a great month ahead.

*Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and anything else you may need to be the most comfortable during the relaxing sound bath.
