New Moon Yin + Sound: Mid-Week Reset

This 75-minute class combines deeply restorative Yin postures with the healing vibrations of sound to help you reset, release, and gently clarify your path forward.

What to Expect:

• Slow, supported Yin Yoga shapes to release tension and tune in
• A sound meditation to ease mental noise and regulate the nervous system
• Gentle guidance to help you set intentions for the lunar cycle ahead
• A peaceful space to restore your energy and reset your week

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat
• Blanket, cozy socks or layers for deep rest
• Favorite props (bolster, blocks, eye pillow)
• Journal or paper if you’d like to write down your intentions
