Meditation Mondays

If you've ever been interested in guided meditation, we have group class Monday evenings here in Downtown Tecumseh! We explore different types of meditation gas we know not one size fits all. Right now, we are exploring Yoga Nidra! Despite the "yoga" in the name, there is no movement:) It's a deeply restorative practice and it is said 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 8 hours of deep rest. Classes are $12 or (4) for $44.
