CARDIO DRUMMING

Fun, energizing, full body, quick hour workout! Come have FUN!! Equipment reserved for first timers and first class is FREE if never been to AJ Smith Center.
Bring water, towel and your family and friends!! Many fitness levels, ages and genders. Kids welcome but must sit in back row seated by parent. If 8 yrs of age, may drum back row or sideline by parent for their safety.

Drop-in thereafter is $5 or purchase of punch card 11 visits/$55.
