Contentment w/Meraiah @ Sanaras Wellness Studio

This Yin Yoga event offers an intentional balance of strength and stillness, with a focus on meeting yourself exactly where you are. With the liberal use of props and the guidance of expert Yin instructor, Meraiah Browning, you will restore and replenish flexibility and lubrication to tendons and fascia, leaving you feeling balanced and refreshed.
