The session will be guided by Luna Villa del Valle from Mexico — a teacher who has been sharing her Tantra knowledge for 15 years.

Tantra is a state of consciousness where we coexist in constant communion with life. It is the choice to sustain the flow of vital energy in our bodies — a choice that is the foundation of Unconditional Love.
Consciousness and energy are the basic principles of Tantra: Shiva and Shakti, the static and the dynamic, the celestial masculine and the earthly feminine. This dance between both polarities moves the entire current of creation.
When we are blocked in either of these two aspects due to the accumulation of psycho-emotional toxins from past and learned experiences, our system becomes overloaded, making our path painful and full of disconnection.
To die — diving into the void of our feminine energy, caressing our wounds, integrating the experience, and thus releasing the illusion of the past.
Recognizing that only by dying can we be reborn into a more expanded consciousness. Only by letting go of the shine and innocence of our true Self.

Life wont let me lie— I had the great opportunity to have my guru within my own family. My mother, always in search of paths to truth, was led to fasting as a spiritual practice to forge willpower. Meditation became a key piece in the transmutation of energy and the building of the Light Body.
I was 15 years old when I first connected with this beautiful teaching, based on the Yoga of Attention (Vipassana). The simple and practical way in which Shiva Shamboo and his wife shared their wisdom captivated me, and from then on, the presence of Peace was imprinted in my heart. I continued on this journey, with its ups and downs, but always carrying the words of my mother engraved in my soul: “the only thing that matters is to awaken.”
At the age of 21, I took my first Vinyasa Yoga class, and I fell in love. The combination of breath, focus, and dance brought together exactly what I had been searching for in a practice. From that moment, I knew I wanted to go deeper and eventually share this energy with others in the same way. Three years later, I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga certification, and later on, my 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga certification, which reaffirmed my desire to stay on this path.
Through continued practice and meditation, the longing to travel to India arose—to meditate and awaken the Sacred Fire that lives within all of us. I decided to take flight and begin the adventure. For the past 7 years, I’ve been living between Asia and Mexico, always returning home to share the understandings that bloom from encounters with new practices, teachings, and masters—offering myself through direct experience.
Between ashrams, mountains, vipassana, islands, and more, I continue to awaken to the depth this path of life has to offer.
I now dedicate my life to Presence through Tantra, and it is through this lens that I share and transmit a teaching that, more than anything, is a way of life—and, in its deepest form, the true state of Being.
I have been guiding Tantra retreats for both men and women within and outside of Mexico for over 7 years.
