Buck Moon Sound Bath at Tactical Retreat Unplugged
Join us Sunday, July 27th at 5:00 PM for a special Buck Moon Sound Bath under the serene forest canopy at Tactical Retreat Unplugged (415 Montclair Circle Road, North Tazewell, VA).
Take time to pause and recharge as we gather to relax and unwind to the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls and gentle tones.
Weather permitting, we’ll gather outdoors beneath the trees. If needed, we’ll move indoors to the cozy space at Mountain Roots Yoga & Wellness Studio.
Bring a blanket or pillow, something to make yourself comfortable. Mats, bolsters, and other props will be available.
