About the event

Taste of Gulyás - Gulyásfőző verseny

Join us for the 5th annual Hungarian Gulyás Cook-off. Several teams will prepare their delicious Hungarian gulyás and compete for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and special popular choice prize.

Gulyás (goulash) is a traditional Hungarian beef dish cooked in a caldron over open fire. The stew/soup is cooked with onios, paprika, vegetables and potatoes. Yummy!

Various other Hungarian food and pastries available for purchase.

Music provided by the Detroit Duo.

Admission: $10 adults, $5 children 6-12 years. Includes gulyás sampling, and one voting right.
